Reviews and Ratings
I had a truly amazing experience at this resort! The rooms were beautiful and came with balconies that offered stunning views. The service was top-notch, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout my stay. The location is nestled in the hills, which provided a serene escape from the hustle of city life. I loved that there was plenty of food and the dining experience was fantastic. However, due to the rain, moving around was sometimes a challenge, but overall, it was a great getaway.
Our stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While we appreciated the homey vibe and the surprise birthday cake for my wife, there were several letdowns, like the missing welcome drink and breakfast voucher, and the room not matching its advertised size. Overall, it was a decent experience but not quite 5-star quality due to the inconsistencies in service and room amenities.
I had a peaceful stay at this resort, which is nicely tucked away from the busy parts of Tagaytay, giving a serene view of Taal Lake. The facilities are well-kept, and the room was comfortable. However, I did run into a few issues with service speed and breakfast quality that make me hesitant to give a full recommendation.
I recently stayed at the resort and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected for a luxury getaway. While the rooms were large and pleasant, the food was disappointing and service was lacking in several areas. Despite a few redeeming features like the staff's warmth, security issues and unappetizing meals overshadowed my visit. Overall, I can't say it lived up to the luxury promise and I wouldn't recommend it.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the ambiance was stunning and very welcoming, with friendly staff who made me feel at home. On the other hand, the service in the restaurant was frustratingly slow, which took away from an otherwise wonderful stay. While the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, there were definite shortcomings in cleanliness and maintenance. Overall, it’s a charming place, but you'd hope for better service to match the ambiance and room quality.
I had an unforgettable experience at this resort! The service was exceptional, providing a warm welcome and catering to all my needs. The location is serene and beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery. The only small hiccup was the check-in process, which could be improved. Overall, I felt like I was at home and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a lovely getaway.
My stay at Anya was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. The service from everyone, from the security team to the restaurant staff, was exceptional, making me feel welcomed and valued throughout my visit. The rooms were clean and well-furnished, although the internet connection had some hiccups. Dining was good but could use a wider breakfast selection. I loved the peaceful location surrounded by nature, but there were minor delays during checkout. Overall, it’s a great place to unwind and I would definitely return.
Our stay was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. The spacious rooms offered beautiful views from the balcony, and the staff were genuinely welcoming and attentive. While the service was exceptional, I did find the extra fees for children a bit excessive. The dining options were delicious but on the pricier side. Overall, it was a memorable experience that I hope to repeat.
