I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the ambiance was stunning and very welcoming, with friendly staff who made me feel at home. On the other hand, the service in the restaurant was frustratingly slow, which took away from an otherwise wonderful stay. While the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, there were definite shortcomings in cleanliness and maintenance. Overall, it’s a charming place, but you'd hope for better service to match the ambiance and room quality.
